At No.1 Pet Shop, we want your stylish companion to look their absolute best, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all pet apparel and accessories. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring pet hair is removed and all designer labels are securely attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the garment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
